The US had taken the lead in the first end but GB responded well, going 2-1 up after the third end. After going down again Jackson’s crew once again fought back to lead after the sixth.
But they were caught out in the following two ends, with the US taking three in the seventh and then stealing one in the eighth to open up a lead of three.
Despite trailing in the final end Morrison took an astonishing final shot that left the US with no answer, and gave GB the win.
