It has been announced that a current WWE star is set to be out of action after recently suffering a neck injury.
On the January 13 episode of WWE NXT, Jaida Parker made her return to WWE television, where she interrupted Blake Monroe’s promo on the show, before a brawl broke out between the two.
In the weeks since, the two women have continued their issues, which included a match on last week’s episode of NXT, where the two women fought to a double countout.
Following the match, Jaida would put her hands on officials, which led to interim NXT General Manager Robert Stone suspending Jaida, though the real reason for her absence may have been revealed.
During a backstage segment on tonight’s show, Blake Monroe and Robert Stone discussed Jaida and her suspension, with Stone later announcing that Jaida is out of action with a neck injury.
Blake was then added to the upcoming Women’s Speed Championship tournament, with her set to face off against Thea Hail.
