See the forecast for 12 cities that will be blasted by a bomb cyclone

A powerful nor’easter will soon slam the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, in some spots delivering more than a foot of snow as well as blizzard conditions and flooding near the coast on Sunday and Monday.

The conditions will lead to dangerous travel and the potential for road closures, flight and school cancellations, particularly in the stretch from Delaware to Massachusetts. This zone is likely to experience intense snow bands from Sunday night through Monday, pushing snowfall beyond a foot. This heavy, wet snow will weigh on trees and power lines, potentially causing outages — and will be strenuous to clear.
