🇧🇬 Bulgaria: Deep Zone Project & Bon-Bon Announced for Natsionalnata selektsiya 2026 Final

BNT has announced additional guest performances for the final of Natsionalnata selektsiya 2026, which takes place on Saturday.
The Bulgarian broadcaster has announced that two acts that have links to Eurovision and Junior Eurovision will be performing as part of the Bulgarian national final. Deep Zone Project, who represented Bulgaria at Eurovision 2008, will be performing “Freedom To Love”.
While Bon-Bon and B!ON will be performing covers of songs that have been performed at the Eurovision Song Contest. Bon-Bon represented Bulgaria on their debut in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2007 with “Bonbolandiya” finishing 7th in Rotterdam.
Eva Marija and Senhit will also be performing as part of the national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026. Eva Marija is set to represent Luxembourg in Vienna with “Mother Nature”, while Senhit has previously represented San Marino at the contest with “Stand By” and “Adrenalina”.
DARA was chosen to represent Bulgaria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026. She will perform three new songs on the final night of Natsionalnata Selektsiya 2026 on February 28. A ten-member jury and public voting will decide which of the three songs will be the Bulgarian entry for Eurovision 2026.

Bulgaria in the Eurovision Song Contest
At the Eurovision Song Contest 2017, 17-year-old Kristian Kostov finished in second place in the Grand Final. Bulgaria has qualified for the Grand Final five times out of thirteen attempts at the contest. Bulgaria debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv, Ukraine in 2005. The country competed annually from 2005 to 2013, before withdrawing for two years due to financial issues. Since returning to the contest in 2016, Bulgaria qualified for the final in every contest they have competed in up until the 2022 contest.
