A person was found dead Saturday night inside a garage fire at a Cary townhouse.
Around 10:45 p.m., firefighters with the Cary Fire Department responded to a home in the 200 block of Anniston Court, off Morrisville Parkway near Davis Drive.
Smoke was coming out of a garage, and firefighters extinguished a small fire inside.
They said one adult was found dead.
The cause of the fire was not provided. An investigation is underway.
