Josh Allen’s wife, Hailee Steinfeld, is entering a new phase in her pregnancy.

When the 2026 NFL season kicks off, the Buffalo Bills will have a very important new fan: the baby of quarterback Josh Allen and his wife, Hailee Steinfeld.

Allen and Steinfeld, both 29, announced they were expecting their first child together in December. Steinfeld recently revealed in her newsletter, Beau Society, that she spent “months” in the “in-between stage of pregnancy,” where “your body has changed and is changing rapidly, but you’re not showing ‘enough’ to the point where it’s obvious to other people that you’re pregnant.”

However, the Oscar-nominated actress was fully showing when the couple shared their pregnancy news with a sweet video in the snow. Steinfeld debuted her baby bump on the red carpet at the Golden Globes in January.

Therefore, it seems like Steinfeld’s due date is getting close. In the February 27 issue of Beau Society, the Oscar-nominated actress opened up about how she and Allen are preparing for the baby’s arrival.

Bills QB Josh Allen & Hailee Steinfeld are Keeping Things Very Low Key While She’s Pregnant

Steinfeld shared a photo outside on a blanket with Allen, as “just lying in the grass” is one of her favorite activities.

“I haven’t felt up for a whooole lot recently, but some days just walking in the backyard and lying down in the grass is everything I need: fresh air and sunshine,” she wrote. Steinfeld has reached the point in her pregnancy where she’s keeping her nails short, hair in a braid, and wearing sweatpants that look like jeans.

Steinfeld and the 2024 league MVP are keeping it cozy inside the home, as well. They binge-watched the show “Steal” on Amazon Prime and rewatched a classic movie, “The Sound of Music.” When they make it out of the house for dinner, she indulges in her biggest pregnancy craving: shrimp.

“The other night, we met some friends for an early dinner, and the place we went to does a great Caesar with Parmesan crisps and croutons. Normally, I add chicken, but of course, given my craving, it had to be shrimp,” she wrote.

She shared a photo of their “love-day” brunch celebration and wrote, “This was our lovely, perfect little Valentine’s Day breakfast. I’m very proud of how the French Toast came out.” Steinfeld shared the French toast recipe in last week’s issue.

Josh Allen Called Being a Dad ‘The Most Important Thing I’ll Ever Be in My Life’

GettyBuffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen can’t wait to be a father.

Speaking to reporters after Bills’ head coach Joe Brady’s introductory press conference last month, Allen opened up about becoming a father.

“I’ve got siblings that have kids, I’ve got a lot of friends that have kids. I don’t know if you can plan too far in advance,” he said of preparations.

“So I’m very much looking forward to that with my wife, of becoming a dad. It’s something that I will take with great pride. And we’re going to have to figure things out on the go, just like anything else.”

“But this is the most important thing I’ll ever be in my life, being a dad. And I know I love being a football player, and I love being a quarterback for the Buffalo Bills. But I’m looking forward to this one.”
