Several users have taken to social media to claim that Instagram Web is not working properly, especially in sending and receiving direct messages.
The problem appears to be affecting users all over the world. Users in the United States, India, and associated regions were affected by the outage. Over 50 percent of reports are for the web, around 32 percent for the application, and a small portion is for the server connection.
