Deadsy Frontman Elijah Blue Allman Arrested For Assault, Trespass & More Over Incident At A New Hampshire High School

Deadsy frontman Elijah Blue Allman was arrested this past Friday, February 27th on several charges in Concord, New Hampshire. Allman, 49, faces two counts of simple assault, one charge of criminal trespass and another charge of criminal threatening after an incident took place at St. Paul’s School. He was also charged with disorderly conduct for the incident.

Per reporting from TMZ, Allman had no publicly known association with the school in question. A police investigation is ongoing. TMZ report that police were called after Allman was “causing a disturbance and acting belligerently” in the dining hall of the school.

Allman last made headlines in June of 2025 after reportedly being hospitalized following an overdose. Prior to that, 2024 saw him settle a conservatorship dispute with his mother Cher. The latter had taken legal action against him, claiming that she feared Allman‘s documented history with drug abuse and mental health issues would worsen should he continue to receive an annual trust fund payment of $120,000 established by his late father, Gregg Allman of the Allman Brothers Band.

At the time, Elijah disputed that legal action, asserting that he had been in recovery and sober for a period of several months amid the court proceedings. This past September, Elijah indicated he was sober on his social media. Elijah relaunched Deadsy in early 2024, issuing the band’s first new single since 2006.
