Just last week on Law & Order Season 25, Detective Theo Walker (David Ajala) revealed some grim details about his police past before he teamed up with Detective Vincent Riley (Reid Scott). In Episode 13 (“New Normal”), Walker opened up about going uncover in a gang and how he became so entrenched in the world that he nearly committed a brutal crime himself to prove his loyalty.
“If I’m being real, I was gonna do it,” Walker said in last week’s episode, revealing that he came very close to cutting off the finger of a gang member. “I was gonna do it.”

Speaking to NBC Insider, Ajala explained Walker’s “lone wolf” tendencies that ruffle Riley’s feathers are rooted in his undercover past. “Our man Theo Walker comes from Narcotics, and most of the work that he does, he is a lone wolf. And he has to bet on himself, you know?” Ajala said. “He’s not used to relying on somebody else, but now in this situation, with this partnership, that’s something he’s gonna have to figure out very, very quickly.”

Where can I watch old episodes of Law & Order?
This season has been full of jaw-dropping and emotion-packed moments, like when Lieutenant Jessica Brady (Maura Tierney) helped her son, Leo Brady, when he landed at the center of a murder case.
Tierney previously told NBC Insider that “our character’s personal lives will be examined a little bit more” throughout Season 25, which we’ve already seen. Beyond Brady’s complicated family relationships, we’ve also learned that Walker is single, while Nolan Price’s (Hugh Dancy) has a girlfriend. Meanwhile, Tony Goldwyn, who stars as Manhattan District Attorney Nicholas Baxter, teased in an interview with NBC Insider that he’s trying to get his former Scandal co-star, Kerry Washington to return to Law & Order as a guest star.
“I’m working on her. She’s a mother and a busy person, and she lives in California. So it’s a little difficult for her,” Goldwyn said before jokingly adding, “But I’m trying to guilt her into it.”
