Mostly Clear Weather Expected Across Nepal Today – Public Service Broadcasting, Radio Nepal

Kathmandu, March 5 – The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has forecast generally clear weather across most parts of Nepal today, with a possibility of light rain and snowfall in some hilly and mountainous areas.

According to the department, a mix of partly cloudy and mostly clear conditions is expected in the mountainous, hilly and Terai regions of Koshi Province. Meanwhile, the Terai belt of Madhesh Province is likely to experience mainly clear skies.

In Bagmati Province, weather conditions are predicted to remain partly cloudy to generally clear across the mountainous, hilly and Terai areas. Similarly, all regions of Gandaki Province are expected to witness partial cloud cover.

The department said mountainous and hilly areas of Lumbini Province will see partly cloudy skies, while the Terai region will remain mostly clear. Weather in the mountainous and hilly areas of Karnali Province is forecast to stay largely clear.

Likewise, clear conditions are expected across the mountainous, hilly and Terai regions of Sudurpashchim Province, the department added.
