Phoenix has ruled out Brooks due to a fractured left hand that has kept him out since February 22 and while he was able to shed his cast on Thursday, he has yet to be cleared for contact.
With Brooks still sidelined, Collin Gillespie and Royce O’Neale will likely both continue to have larger roles.
The Suns have ruled out Williams due to a left foot stress reaction that has kept him out since March 5.
