FDNY responding to fire at Midtown Manhattan office building

A fire is burning in Midtown Manhattan, sending black smoke into the air near the start of the New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Video shows a plume of smoke coming from the roof of a building on East 43rd Street near Fifth Avenue, just a block from the beginning of the parade route.
