The Drama had its premiere at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles, where Zendaya and Robert Pattinson were in attendance to celebrate its release.
Others who attended the premiere included Mamoudou Athie, Kristoffer Borgli, Alana Haim, Suki Waterhouse, Madeleine White, Love Island’s Maura Higgins, among many others.
The film, directed and written by Kristoffer Borgli, is set to be released on April 3, 2026.

The Drama stars Zendaya as Emma Harwood, a bookstore clerk engaged to Robert Pattinson’s Charlie Thompson, a British museum director from London. Days before the couple is set to tie the knot, their relationship is shaken when one of them discovers unsettling truths about the other.
Talking to Deadline on the red carpet about her character, Zendaya told us, “Emma is, inherently, very fragile and very vulnerable. And I think she feels like she’s found her person and her place where she’s safe, and that whole idea comes crumbling down very fast for a very difficult reason.”

“There was something about her fragility and her nuance … she has a whole past that we get into and understand,” she added. “I felt like that was something I was really interested in trying to portray.”

The A24 film also stars Mamoudou Athie, Alana Haim, Hailey Gates, Zoë Winters, and Anna Baryshnikov.
Ari Aster and Lars Knudsen produce the film through their Square Peg banner, with Borgli and Tyler Campellone producing under Dilemma Films, in collaboration with A24.
