PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Blackstone Valley Schools defeated Lincoln in quadruple overtime Wednesday to win the Division II high school hockey championship at the Amica Mutual Pavilion.

Blackstone Valley’s Colin Dorgan tied the game with 30 seconds to go.
Jaxon Boyes of BVS scored the winning goal at the beginning of the fourth overtime period.
The title games come just over a month after the shooting at Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Pawtucket. Dorgan lost three family members in the tragedy.
Just a week ago, Dorgan scored the game-winning goal in double overtime of the Division II semifinal.
Dorgan called it the best moment of his life last Wednesday night, one that came in a time of need, just days before laying to rest his mother Rhonda, brother Aidan, and grandfather Gerald.
