Learn About Sheinelle Jones’ Book Tour and How to Preorder ‘Through Mom’s Eyes’

Sheinelle Jones is gearing up for the release of her debut book and her first-ever book tour this spring.

“Through Mom’s Eyes,” out officially on April 14, is a collection of life lessons shared by women who raised extraordinary people and encouraged by her late husband, Uche Ojeh.

“‘Through Mom’s Eyes’ celebrates the quiet, everyday love that shapes who we become,” her publisher, Putnam Books, said in a press release.

TODAY viewers may recognize the title of “Through Mom’s Eyes” as it was the name of Sheinelle’s very own TODAY series, in which she interviewed moms of celebrities and public figures. In each installment, she picked their brains on their parenting styles and tips and even used their advice to help raise her three children, 16-year-old Kayin and 13-year-old twins Clara and Uche. She shares her kids with her late husband of 17 years, Uche Ojeh, who passed away last year after a battle with brain cancer.

The book “Through Mom’s Eyes” features the insights Sheinelle has learned from dozens of women, mixed with stories from Sheinelle’s journey of finding light through her grief.

Putnam also announced that Sheinelle will celebrate her book’s arrival with a tour that includes special guests, like Al Roker.
