1st prize: £10,000 for you and a £10,000 charity donation

Download the basketball template here before you begin designing (to ensure your design prints correctly, you must design using the template).
The template shows:

SUBMIT YOUR DESIGN
All entrants should review the competition Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy first.
Then upload your design via the Competition submission form.
