Where to watch: Royals list 2026 channels and streaming options

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Royals and Major League Baseball announced that Royals regular-season games in 2026 will be widely available through cable and satellite providers, along with blackout-free streaming options, subject to national exclusivities.
Fans can use the team’s channel finder to see where games will air based on their TV provider.
The Royals listed these channel options among major distributors:
- DIRECTV on Channel 671-5 (satellite), 671 (streaming) and 1731 (U-verse)
- Comcast/Xfinity on Channel 1262
- Cox on Channels 78 (most areas), 52 (parts of Kansas and Nebraska) and 79 (Tulsa, Oklahoma)
- Charter/Spectrum on Channel 361 (most areas) and 305 (Kansas City and Lincoln DMAs)
- Games will also be available on Fubo, with other providers listed on the website
KCTV5 is to simulcast the Royals home opener, and 9 other games during the 2026 season:

Fans living inside the Royals’ home television territory can buy an in-market Royals.TV streaming subscription for $99.99 per year, with no blackouts.
Out-of-market viewers can watch with an MLB.TV subscription for $149.99 per year.
The Royals report their 2026 broadcasts will again feature Ryan Lefebvre and Jake Eisenberg on play-by-play, Rex Hudler and Jeremy Guthrie as analysts, and Joel Goldberg and Jeff Montgomery on pregame and postgame coverage.
The team also recently added Eric Hosmer, a member of the 2015 World Series championship team, as an analyst, and Bridget Howard, a Kansas City native, as a host and sideline reporter.
