Raptors’ playoff push continues against Magic on TSN

The Toronto Raptors will look to take another step towards clinching a playoff berth and avoiding the play-in tournament on Sunday night when they host the Orlando Magic at Scotiabank Arena.
You can watch the game LIVE at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT on TSN4, TSN.ca and the TSN App.
With nine games remaining in the regular season, the 41-32 Raptors are tied with the Atlanta Hawks (42-33) for fifth place in the Eastern Conference, just a half-game better than the Philadelphia 76ers (41-33), who are currently sitting in the play-in tournament in seventh place.
The Magic (39-34) are two games behind the Raptors and can pull within a game if they can get a road win on Sunday.
Crucial game between the Raptors and Magic today. Will basically determine whether Orlando is a real threat to Toronto’s seeding. With a win, Raps would be 3 games up with the tiebreaker. Lose and Magic would get the tiebreaker and sit 1 game back in the standings. Big stakes.

Toronto will be without guard Immanuel Quickley as he deals with plantar fasciitis.
Brandon Ingram, RJ Barrett and Collin Murray-Boyles are all listed as questionable.
The Raptors have missed the playoffs in each of the past three seasons. They qualified for the play-in tournament in 2023, but fell to the Chicago Bulls on home court and were eliminated.
Finishing fifth in the Eastern Conference could mean the Raptors would avoid the New York Knicks in the opening round, a team they’ve lost all four of their games to this season. If the playoff started today, Toronto would play the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Raptors are 3-0 against the Cavs this season.
Toronto is coming off a 119-106 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday, while the Magic defeated the Sacramento Kings on Thursday to snap a six-game losing skid.
Scottie Barnes, 24, continued his All-Star season in the win over the Pelicans, scoring 23 points with 12 assists and six rebounds over 36 minutes for his 27th double-double in 2025-26.
The Raptors and Magic have split their two games so far this season with each side picking up a win at home.
