Benson Boone to perform at New Orleans’ Smoothie King Center in August

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Grammy-nominated artist Benson Boone announced his U.S “Wanted Man” tour, kicking off in July, will come to New Orleans at Smoothie King Center on Aug. 23, 2026.

The “Wanted Man” tour comes after Boone’s global “American Heart” tour, which wrapped up in March 2026. Boone also took the stage at the Grammy Awards in February to perform his breakthrough hit, “Beautiful Things.”

Boone’s “Beautiful Things,” which was released on his debut album “Fireworks & Rollerblades,” was the No.1 most-streamed song in the world in 2024.

The song spent seven weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 chart, and earned the artist two Billboard Music Awards, an MTV Video Music Award and an iHeartRadio Music Award.

The general public ticket sales start on Friday, April 3, at 11 a.m. Artist presale begins Wednesday, April 1, and fans can also access local and Spotify presales starting Thursday, April 2.
