This Easter weekend we’re going to countdown the Radio X Best of British 500 with B&Q – and it all kicks off with Chris Moyles at 9am on Good Friday morning!

Chris Moyles will kick off the Radio X Best Of British 500 with B&Q on Good Friday, followed by Toby Tarrant and Issy Panayis.

When can I hear the Radio X Best Of British 500 with B&Q?
The inaugural Top 500 countdown will start at 9am on Good Friday when Chris Moyles kicks things off with a very special hour of music and will continue across the Easter Weekend in the following shows:

Sophie Sveinsson and Dan O’Connell will also host the Radio X Best Of British 500 with B&Q countdown over Easter weekend, with Dan Gasser announcing the all-important winner just before 7pm on Easter Monday.

Who has previously won the Best Of British poll?
Since 2016, Oasis have taken home the title of Best British Song five times with their classic 1994 hit Live Forever, while the inaugural poll saw them triumph with the evergreen Wonderwall.
Queen‘s operatic 1975 anthem Bohemian Rhapsody won in 2017, 2019 and 2020, while in 2022 Sam Fender romped home with his generation-defining track Seventeen Going Under.
