Blue Jays’ Tyler Heineman nightmare continues with another throwing error

Tyler Heineman is living in a nightmare.
Two days in a row with chances at key throws for the Toronto Blue Jays, two massive throwing errors.
The first came on Friday when he had to come on in relief of Alejandro Kirk.
Kirk fractured his left thumb and is on the Injured List, and one batter after Heineman subbed in, a White Sox bunt set Heineman up with a throw to first to end the ballgame.
Heineman threw it away, and Chicago ended up winning.

On Saturday, Heineman got himself involved in a rundown and was chasing a runner back to third base.
Instead of tossing an on-the-money throw from 20 feet away, Heineman airmailed it into left field. Two White Sox runs scored.
It wasn’t even the first tough play for Heineman on Saturday.

He previously was thrown out tagging up for third base with two outs, and he got thrown out to leave Vladimir Guerrero Jr. on deck rather than letting the superstar hit with two guys on base.
After Heineman’s error Saturday, he had his head in his hands in the dugout.
He’s going to have to figure this out, because without Kirk, he’s the de facto starter.
The Blue Jays also called up Brandon Valenzuela, and he may get time now, too, just as a chance to try something different and let Heineman recharge.
Right now, Heineman is living in a very bad dream.
