It’s been over four years since the tumultuous teen drama Euphoria was on HBO, but the star-studded hit is finally back for its third and final season. Euphoria Season 3 will pick up several years after the events of Season 2. Now young adults, Rue (Zendaya) and her high school pals find themselves forging new paths while also running from the trauma of their pasts. Early trailers for Euphoria Season 3 reveal that Rue is still struggling with her addictions, Lexi (Maude Apatow) is now pursuing her dreams of being a Hollywood hotshot, and Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) is making money as an OnlyFans model while preparing to marry Nate (Jacob Elordi).
When Euphoria first premiered back in 2019, it boasted a cast of talented young up-and-comers; now Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, and Jacob Elordi are some of the biggest movie stars in Hollywood. Zendaya has a brand new A24 film, The Drama, in theaters this weekend, Sweeney’s latest film, The Housemaid, is the #1 streaming movie in the country, and Elordi’s fresh from enjoying his first trip to the Oscars as a nominee for his work in Guillermo del Toro‘s Frankenstein.
