Brooklyn Beckham’s heartfelt surprise for wife Nicola Peltz as they put up ‘strong’ front

Days on from their four-year wedding anniversary, Brooklyn Beckham has kept the celebrations going with an incredibly heartfelt gesture for his wife, Nicola Peltz. After gushing that they had “been through so much” together and that their marriage was “stronger than ever” in a public note posted last Thursday, Brooklyn surprised his wife with another personal gift.
Nicola showed off the gorgeous bouquet of flowers she received from her husband on Saturday on social media, which came with words from Brooklyn. “Surprise flowers and love letters are my favourite ever,” Nicola captioned a photo of her husband smiling from the front seat of a car with the floral arrangement in hand.
“I love you soo much,” she added. The model then shared a close-up of the mixed flowers, which included vibrant blue hydrangeas.

Brooklyn’s anniversary message
Brooklyn and Nicola celebrated four years of marriage on 9 April in a low-key fashion in Los Angeles, where they live. Along with a bouquet of white roses, Brooklyn wrote a card for the occasion with bold printed text that took a subtle swipe at his estranged family.
Brooklyn is currently on the outs with the rest of the Beckhams following a scathing statement in January where he took aim at his parents and made several bombshell allegations about his family, declaring that he does “not want to reconcile” with them.
The anniversary note to Nicola read: “Happy anniversary, baby. I love you with all my heart. We have been through so much together and today we are stronger than ever and you are my best friend.”
He continued: “I can’t wait to grow old together with you. I love you so much x.”

Wedding controversies
Brooklyn’s wedding took centre stage in his bombshell social media post earlier this year, with the aspiring chef making several claims about how his big day didn’t go completely smooth sailing. The eldest Beckham son married Nicola, who is the daughter of American billionaire Nelson Peltz, in Palm Beach, Florida, at the Peltz’s $76 million family estate.
Brooklyn claimed that his parents, Victoria and David Beckham, had been “trying endlessly to ruin [his] relationship” with Nicola since before the wedding, and alleged that his mother had pulled out of making Nicola’s wedding dress at the “eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress.”

He continued: “Weeks before our big day, my parents repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe me into signing away the rights to my name, which would have affected me, my wife, and our future children. They were adamant on me signing before my wedding date because then the terms of the deal would be initiated. My holdout affected the payday, and they have never treated me the same since.”
Brooklyn went on to claim that his mother had “hijacked” his first wedding dance with Nicola and danced “very inappropriately on [him] in front of everyone”. Brooklyn and Nicola went on to renew their vows in August 2025 at the Peltz family estate in New York, with the Beckham side of the family not present for the special occasion.
“We wanted to renew our vows so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment,” Brooklyn explained in his post.
Nicola and Brooklyn have since celebrated Valentine’s Day together in Los Angeles and were recently spotted in public at Elton John’s annual star-studded Academy Awards viewing party in March.
