AUGUSTA, Ga. — When the week started at the 2026 Masters, there were 10 LIV Golf players in the field. That number is being trimmed to five after Friday’s cut.
No LIV player shot under par in the opening round at Augusta National, but there were some better performances on Friday, including from Jon Rahm, who shot 2-under 70 to make the cut on the number. Meanwhile, Bryson DeChambeau tripled his final hole to miss the cut.
