First Glimpses On Display As Hokies Try To ‘Shock The World’

Calamity was ultimately avoided, so it feels OK in hindsight to find some levity in the wayward skydiver who crashed into the Lane Stadium scoreboard after being blown off course during the lead-up to Virginia Tech’s spring game on Saturday.

Certainly, social media waits for no such all-clear, so the number of “James Franklin era off to a great start!” barbs, especially from Penn State fans still acting like jilted lovers, were in vast supply from the get-go.
