Detectives are treating the death of a woman on a Glasgow street as suspicious.
Police Scotland were called to Cardowan Road, in the Carntyne area of the city, at about 04:00.
Officers said the injured woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Det Insp Gordon Walker said: “Her death is being treated as suspicious and an investigation is under way.”
