Buffalo Bills trade 26th overall pick to Houston Texans, receive No. 28 overall in pick-swap

The Buffalo Bills made a trade with the Houston Texans in Round 1 of the 2026 NFL Draft.

Buffalo traded back in the first round, giving the Texans its No. 26 overall pick. The Bills also gave away their third round, No. 91 overall pick.

In return, Buffalo picked up three of Houston’s draft picks: No. 28, No. 69 and No. 167 overall.

These are first round, third round and fifth round picks, respectively, that the Bills acquired in this trade.
