Influencer atop lawnmower allegedly smashes Ocala Target door before entering store

An apparent social media influencer clad in overalls rode into Target in Ocala atop a lawnmower on Saturday, allegedly crashing into and causing damage to one of the store’s automatic doors.
In a video shared online by local resident Vanessa Scarlett, an unidentified man can be seen riding a lawnmower into the Target located at 2000 SW College Road on Saturday.

The 38-second video captures the moments leading up to the man’s entry into the store, as well as the moment he crashes the lawnmower into the left door at the entrance to the store.

After repositioning the lawnmower, the man eventually drives through the front entrance as bystanders stare in disbelief.

As the man enters the store, another man in a white tank top can be seen recording the man on the lawnmower as he briefly rides through an aisle and turns around.

According to witnesses at the scene, the men then spent several minutes trying to get into their vehicle in the parking lot.

When it became clear they could not regain access, one witness said the men smashed open the window on their own vehicle.
After the incident, staff at the facility worked to clear the area and repairs were rendered to the door.
An employee shared this photo illustrating the work needed to fix the damage caused by the man atop to the lawnmower.
No details on this incident have been publicly released yet by the Ocala Police Department or the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
