Musical icon Miley Cyrus received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday.
In a speech, the singer reflected on her career and her future legacy saying: “My hope is what I leave behind continues to affect the hearts of generations to come”.
She closed her speech by thanking her fans, family, and her “future family”, a nod to her fiancé, musician Maxx Morando, who was also in attendance.
Actress Anya Taylor-Joy and designer Donatella Versace also spoke during the ceremony, giving heartfelt tributes to the singer. Cyrus is the 2,845th recipient of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
