Montreal weather: Sunshine scores on a power play

The sun has decided to shine on the Canadiens — and every other Montrealer, at least for the next couple of days.
With barely a cloud in the sky, the temperature in the Montreal area will hit 20 C on Friday, with a UV index of 7, or high. That drops to a low of 7 C overnight, but will pop back up to 21 C Saturday.
The average high for May 22 is 20.2 C and the average low is 8.8 C, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.
Clouds move in Saturday afternoon — as the Habs prepare for Game 2 of their Stanley Cup playoff series against the Carolina Hurricanes — and will remain till Sunday, which also features periods of rain.
