Beloved footballer and British national treasure Jill Scott will be donning the Soccer Aid 2026 shirt again this year as she and other famous faces from the world of sport and entertainment come together to raise money for global charity UNICEF.
The Lioness and 2022 I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! winner on ITV will be part of the England squad for Soccer Aid 2026, which also includes football legends Wayne Rooney, Jermain Defoe, and Jack Wilshere.
Jill first took part in Soccer Aid back in 2023 and this time the England squad will be joined by award-winning star of Adolescence Owen Cooper, rugby player and Celebrity Traitors star Joe Marler, The Night Manager’s Tom Hiddleston, Angry Ginge, Jack Whitehall, Sam Thompson, and Olly Murs among other stars.
England will be facing off against the Soccer Aid World XI team, which includes Nitro from Gladiators, Westlife’s Nicky Byrne, singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy and Sidemen’s Behzinga, alongside football icons Jordi Alba, Leonardo Bonucci and Ali Krieger.
Soccer Aid 2026 takes place on Sunday, May 31 at London Stadium in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and will be broadcast on ITV.
Many viewers might be wondering about Jill’s life away from the spotlight, here’s the lowdown on her net worth and heartbreaking wedding admission.
How much is Jill Scott’s net worth?

Jill is thought to be worth between £1.3million and £3.4million, according to various reports.
This would take into account her fees as a footballer in a career spanning almost two decades.
Added into this is her fee for ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! when she appeared in the 22nd series, which she went on to win.
It was reported that Jill walked away with a six-figure sum for taking part, although she said it was “a lot lower” than disgraced MP Matt Hancock’s £320,000 salary for appearing.
She now serves as a pundit for both the men and women’s games after she retired in 2022, which again would boost her bank balance.
On top of this, Jill is a regular on Sky’s game show A League of Their Own and also makes appearances on the Stick to Football podcast.
She is also known to have started investing her money, which is likely to boost her net worth further.
The former football also chips in and helps at the Manchester coffee shop she owns with her partner Shelly Unitt, Boxx2Boxx.
Jill is the face of Loud Investing for eToro, which aims to close the gender investment gap, and has been championing women to invest their money and encouraging financial planning.

Jill has been with her partner Shelly for nearly a decade.
They were first introduced by the Lioness’ former England and Everton team-mate Rachel Unitt, who is Shelly’s older sister.
Jill and Shelly got engaged in 2020, but have yet to tie the knot.
The Lioness detailed the sad reason for the wedding not yet taking place.
She told OK! back in October 2023: “We’ve been engaged for nearly four years now, but with Covid and lockdown happening, we sort of lost momentum for a while.
“Shelly and I have finally been making some wedding plans and we’re definitely in the swing of things now.”
Given the interview was three years ago, the ceremony could be on the horizon now.
Soccer Aid 2026 airs on ITV on Sunday, May 31 at 6.30pm
