Kamson-Kamara to join Jambos

Heart of Midlothian is delighted to announce the pre-contract signing of MJ Kamson-Kamara.
The highly rated English centre half will join the Jambos on July 1st following the expiration of his contract at newly promoted EFL Championship side Lincoln City.
20-year-old MJ will link up with his new teammates for pre-season after agreeing a deal until 2030 at Tynecastle Park, subject to Scottish FA approval.
A tall and agile defender, MJ spent his formative years at Bromley before signing his first professional contract with Lincoln City in 2023.
Loan spells at Barwell and Peterborough Sports followed, and he would go on to make his Lincoln City first-team debut in the EFL Trophy in 2024.
Last season saw MJ enjoy a successful loan at NIFL Premiership side Glentoran. With 30 appearances and four goals, he helped The Glens to a third-place finish in the top flight, only five points behind champions Larne, and with it a spot in the UEFA Conference League first qualifying round. He was also part of the side that reached the Irish League Cup Final, being edged out 1-0 after extra time by Linfield.
MJ will now head to Gorgie to continue his exciting development as the Jambos gear up for an eagerly anticipated season 2026/27.
