Blue Bell Ice Cream is expanding its seasonal offerings with a new limited-time flavor arriving just as temperatures begin to climb.

The company is introducing Black Raspberry Fudge Ice Cream, a fruit-and-chocolate blend designed for warm-weather indulgence. The new release adds a berry-based flavor to the company’s summer lineup alongside other recent offerings, such as dessert-style ice cream and high-protein dairy desserts.

According to Blue Bell, the timing aligns with peak ice cream season, when consumers typically reach for richer and more refreshing frozen treats.

Alongside the new flavor, Blue Bell is also highlighting additional recent product launches, including a returning bakery-style ice cream and a high-protein dairy dessert line.

Black Raspberry Fudge debuts in stores

Black Raspberry Fudge Ice Cream features black raspberry-flavored ice cream combined with dark chocolate-flavored chunks and a chocolate fudge swirl.

Joe Robertson, Blue Bell’s executive director of advertising and marketing, said it is the first raspberry-flavored item added to the lineup in several years. He described it as a balance of sweet and tart black raspberry ice cream paired with rich chocolate.

The flavor is available in half-gallon and pint sizes, but only for a limited time while supplies last.

Brookie À La Mode returns for dessert-style fans

Also, Blue Bell’s new Brookie À La Mode, a brown sugar ice cream base mixed with brownie pieces and chocolate chip cookie chunks, is now on store shelves.

The company says the flavor is designed for consumers who enjoy dessert-inspired combinations with multiple textures in one product. It is available in both pint and half-gallon sizes.

Like Black Raspberry Fudge, Brookie À La Mode is also being offered for a limited time while supplies last.

PRO Pints line available in stores

Blue Bell’s PRO Pints line, introduced in March, remains available as part of its broader product lineup. The high-protein dairy desserts contain up to 12 grams of protein per serving.

Flavors include chocolate, coffee, salted caramel, strawberry and vanilla. The line is marketed as an option for consumers looking for higher protein content in frozen desserts.
