As Matteo Berrettini looks to take advantage of the wide open Roland Garros draw and win his first Grand Slam title, he will be supported by his girlfriend, Vanessa Bellini.
The duo went Instagram official this past October, and in April, Bellini shared a sweet snap of them celebrating Berrettini’s 30th birthday.
Here, get to know Berrettini’s girlfriend Vanessa Bellini:
She’s from Novara, Italy.
Like Berrettini, Bellini is Italian. While Berrettini grew up in Rome, Italy, Bellini is from the north of the country, growing up west of Milan.
Bellini is a professional dancer.
According to Vanity Fair Italy, she is a “professional hip hop dancer” and “trained at the Academy of Excellence in Lucca, where she still works today.”
Four years ago, in 2022, she competed on the Italian talent show Amici di Maria De Filippi. The publication notes, her “talent was noticed by industry insiders, and after her television experience, she began her career in the world of dance, joining various dance troupes. This career led her to the stage at the latest edition of Sanremo as part of the supporting cast of dancers for artists such as The Kolors, Rose Villain, and Elodie.”
She also performed in the 2026 Winter Olympics closing ceremony.
Bellini and Berrettini met at a Marracash show.
Bellini was dancing for the Italian rapper on his summer tour and Berrittini was in attendance at the Turin show in June 2025. “It all started there, with an exchange of glances,” Jessica Bellini, Vanessa’s sister, told the magazine DiPiùTv.
She added, “It was strange to see one of the strongest and most famous tennis players in the world arrive at our house… Let’s hope he’s just as serious, that he doesn’t hurt my sister.” Bellini has yet to attend one of Berretini’s professional tennis matches.
