The weather is ready to warm up in Milwaukee, with high temperatures in the upper 80s expected later this week.

The first half of the week will remain relatively mild, with highs in the upper 60s and mid-70s, but Thursday, June 4 could be one of the hottest days of the year so far, with the high forecast at 88 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

A chance of rain will lead to a cooler weekend, with a 40% chance of showers Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6, and a 20% chance on Sunday, June 7.

  • Tuesday, June 2: Low of 52. High of 68. 
  • Wednesday, June 3: Low of 57. High of 75.

  • Friday, June 5: Low around 60. High of 80.
