ScotRail adds Glasgow to Edinburgh late-night service for Take That fans

The move comes as thousands of fans are expected to attend the sell-out events, with increased rail capacity also planned between Glasgow Central and Mount Florida.
Fans are being encouraged to plan journeys in advance, arrive early, and allow extra time due to expected congestion.
ScotRail has also warned that services through Mount Florida will be busier than usual on concert nights, with passengers required to have valid tickets before boarding.
Additional staff will be deployed to support crowd management and ensure safe travel across the network.
Phil Campbell, ScotRail customer operations director, said: “Mount Florida station is only a short walk from the stadium, making travel by train one of the easiest and most convenient ways to get to the concerts.
“We’ll be adding more seats and extra services, including extra late-night trains, to help customers travel to and from the event.
“They’re sell-out shows, so we’re asking fans to plan ahead, allow extra time for travel, and buy their return tickets in advance.
“We’re grateful for everyone’s patience while our staff help customers board safely.”
