Brandon Bussi made his first career playoff start tonight. He didn’t look at all jittery in the crease.

Bussi made five saves in the first frame. He denied an early breakaway from Mark Stone, before the Vegas captain finally beat him on a nifty deke.

After giving up that goal, Bussi was superb, preventing the Golden Knights from scoring on the powerplay. The game is going to get more tense and the stakes will increase.
