According to police, the property hosted large parties promoted on social media and adult-content platforms. Investigators estimated attendance at some events exceeded 300 people, including numerous minors.

Over several months, officers responded to more than 100 incidents at the residence, including reports of assaults, DUI offenses, weapons complaints, reckless driving, and minors possessing alcohol.
