Teresa Giudice’s Daughter Milania, 20, Arrested Following Alleged Domestic Violence Incident

The daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice was reportedly taken into custody following allegations of domestic violence. 20-year-old Milania Giudice was arrested by the Montville Township Police Department last month, new reporting confirms.

Law enforcement recently told People that Milania’s arrest occurred on May 14. She was charged with simple assault and purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury, the outlet also revealed.

Meanwhile, a report from The Sun claimed that Milania had a court hearing on May 19, though she didn’t enter a plea.

The University of Tampa student has regularly appeared on RHONJ since her mom joined the show in 2009. Teresa and her ex-husband Joe Giudice also share three other daughters: Gia, 25, Gabriella, 21, and Audriana, 16.

Following Milania’s commitment to UTampa in 2024, Teresa celebrated her second-youngest child in an Instagram post.

“Congratulations on the University of Tampa! I love you so much and I am so proud of you! I can’t wait to see what you accomplish within your four years, make mommy proud,” Teresa wrote at the time.

In June 2024, RHONJ paused production after the show’s season 14 reunion was cancelled.

“A reunion is meant to have resolution and it’s clear in the season final that there is no path forward in that type of setting,” an insider told People. “So the network is figuring out a different concept to wrap up the season.”

Bravo boss Andy Cohen has since confirmed that cameras will resume rolling this spring. He made the announcement on his SiriusXM radio show, “Andy Cohen Live,” in March, revealing that Teresa and fellow castmembers Melissa Gorga and Dolores Catania will return for RHONJ‘s 15th season.

“This has been a journey. We have gone through, this has been a long and winding road to get to this place and I’m very excited. What we owe you is a good show, so that’s what we want to deliver,” Cohen said.
