“Love Is Blind,” the popular reality dating show, returned to Netflix in October with a new batch of singles searching for happily ever after.
Based in Denver, Colorado, the latest season follows the formula that earned the show an Emmy nomination: the group of singles enter pods where they go on “dates” with each other, sight unseen. Contestants form bonds and make decisions about compatibility while chatting through a wall, eventually getting engaged before meeting face-to-face for the first time.
The season will conclude with couples walking down the aisle, or leaving each other at the altar, if they even get to that point.

How to watch ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 9
Season 9 of “Love Is Blind” premiered on Netflix on Oct. 1 at 3 a.m. ET/midnight PT. New episodes will drop exclusively on the streaming services each Wednesday through the end of the month.
Netflix subscriptions are available in three tiers: a “Standard with ads” plan for $7.99 per month, a “Standard” plan without ads for $17.99 per month and a “Premium” plan for $24.99 per month.
‘Love Is Blind’ Season 9 schedule
There will be 12 episodes of “Love Is Blind” Season 9, which will be released weekly on Wednesdays on Netflix beginning Oct. 1. However, the entire season will be released by the end of October, as multiple episodes drop at a time.
According to Netflix, “Love Is Blind” Season 9 episodes will release on the following schedule:
- Oct. 1: Episodes 1-6
- Oct. 8: Episodes 7-9
- Oct. 15: Episodes 10-11
- Oct. 22: Episode 12
‘Love Is Blind’ Season 9 cast
Season 9’s pod squad includes singles between the ages of 27 and 41, per Netflix. Amongst them is a championship poker player, a former COVID crisis nurse, a single father, and a couple of avid concertgoers. Netflix added that the group includes “a lot of Aries women and many Gemini men.”
