St Helens have signed Hull FC second rower Jed Cartwright on an initial one-month loan deal, with a view to signing him for the rest of the season.
The 29-year-old has made seven appearances for the Black and Whites this year.
He could make his debut for injury-hit Saints, who have lost five of their past six matches, against Toulouse on Sunday.

The Australian, son of former Catalans Dragons coach John Cartwright, is out of contract with Hull FC at the end of the season.
