The firm said there would be more than 730 departures across the Poole, Portsmouth and St Malo routes between May and August.
It said it had reduced the early morning sailings from the UK and had scheduled most Poole and Portsmouth departures between 09:00 and 12:00.
The new timetable shows revised timings to and from St Malo which DFDS said improved the overnight option for Jersey residents and French visitors.
DFDS Jersey route director Chris Parker said: “We’ve listened carefully to islanders and acted on what matters most.
“More crossings when people want to travel, fewer anti-social sailing times and better options for day-trips to France – these are real improvements we’re pleased to deliver.”
