Wendy faces 15 total charges, including seven felony false/misleading info fraud in excess of $300, seven misdemeanor on-False/mislead info fraud in excess of $300, and a misdemeanor charge of a false statement to an officer, per the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office public information officer.

Eddie, for his part, faces 18 total charges, including nine felony false/misleading info fraud in excess of $300, eight misdemeanor on-False/mislead info fraud in excess of $300, and a misdemeanor charge of a false statement to an officer.
The pair’s mugshots were released Friday, showing each of them flashing smiles when booked.
They were dressed in matching gray T-shirts, which seemed to be the jail attire. Wendy, 41, appeared makeup-free — except for some false lashes. She also sported a half-up, half-down ‘do for the shot.
The reality star joined “RHOP” in 2020 and she also once worked as a commentator on CNN. Aside from her TV pursuits, Wendy earned multiple college degrees, including a Ph.D. in public affairs and community development. She also launched a candle and lifestyle business called Onyi Home Essentials.

Page Six has reached out to reps for Wendy, Eddie and “RHOP” but has not yet heard back.
The Osefos’ arrests come shortly after another one of Wendy’s co-stars just got out of legal hot water.
In September, Page Six exclusively reported that “RHOP” star Karen Huger had been released from prison after serving six months for a driving under the influence charge.
The reality star — dubbed the “Grand Dame” of Potomac — was found guilty of DUI in December 2024 after wrecking her Maserati in a high-speed crash earlier in the year.

Police previously released bodycam footage of Huger’s arrest, which showed her speaking incoherently at times, including referring to herself as Thomas Jefferson’s “concubine” during an interrogation.
Bravo cameras captured Huger’s castmates — including Wendy — reacting to her prison release in the first episode of Season 10, which aired earlier this month.
TMZ was first to report the news of Wendy and Eddie’s arrests.
