The Southern offense has lacked explosion, and the defense has faltered recently. But the Jaguars are coming off their second bye in three weeks and should be extremely prepared and desperate to slow down Bethune-Cookman. The Southern offense also should look better when it sees a weak Wildcats defense that has allowed 46.5 points per game against two Southwestern Athletic Conference opponents.
