More than 6million managers left delighted after Norwegian nets twice in Man City’s match against Everton
A season-high 6.3million Fantasy Premier League managers captained Erling Haaland (£14.5m) for Manchester City’s match against Everton in Gameweek 8, his biggest backing in just under a year.
The last time the Norwegian was captained in such last numbers was in Gameweek 9 last season, when 6.4m managers handed him the armband.
And their decision proved to be a correct once again, as Haaland scored twice to earn 10 points, with another three set to arrive via bonus points. That means those who captained him are set to receive 26 points.
