Amid their separation, Lily Allen and David Harbour are selling their maximalist Brooklyn townhouse, listing it for sale on Sunday for just shy of $8 million.
The couple has owned the home since early 2021, several months after they were married, when they bought it for $3.35 million using a trust, records show.
The Italianate brownstone, in Brooklyn’s Carroll Gardens neighborhood, is referenced in the title track of Allen’s new album “West End Girl,” which chronicles the couple’s relationship and breakup following reports earlier this year that they’d split.
A representative for Harbour didn’t respond to a request for comment. Allen couldn’t be reached for comment.
The late-19th-century townhouse’s eccentric interiors, by Billy Cotton, feature floral prints—from the wallpaper to rugs and carpet—bright colors and crystal chandeliers in several rooms, including the kitchen listing photos show. The whimsical design was largely influenced by Allen’s bold, colorful style, Cotton told Architectural Digest in 2023.
The home’s living spaces are spread across four stories plus a finished basement, which houses the gym as well as storage, according to the listing with Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass. He wasn’t available for comment.

The parlor floor entrance leads into a hallway that passes by the kitchen and dining room and leads back to the living room, which has a wood-burning fireplace and a deck. The floor below has a guest bedroom and another sitting room with a fireplace, which has access to the home’s backyard, featuring a sauna, a cold plunge and a stone patio.
The rest of the home’s four bedrooms can be found on the top two floors, including a full-floor primary suite on the third level with two walk-in closets and a sitting room with a bathtub and a wood-burning fireplace. The other two bedrooms plus an office sit on the top floor.
