A38 in Devon closed after ‘serious’ collision

Traffic is being disrupted on the A38 in Devon following a collision that police have described as “serious” near Plympton.

Officers said they were called to reports of the incident on the westbound carriageway at around 3pm today, Thursday 9 October. Emergency services are at the scene.
