Mayor Muriel E. Bowser declared a citywide youth curfew Saturday, after an incident on Halloween night led to the arrests of 10 teenagers in Navy Yard.
The limited curfew, which affects all young people under the age of 18, will run between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. starting Saturday night and end on Wednesday at 11:59 p.m.
