Voters will vote “yes” or “no” on whether they’d like each of three Democratic justices on the state Supreme Court to serve another ten-year term. If even two of the justices lose, it could put Republicans in a position to flip this critical court in 2027. Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro would appoint temporary successors, but they’d require approval of the Republican-controlled State Senate.
