The Strictly Come Dancing professional shared a “proud” moment on social media

Strictly Come Dancing star Alexis Warr has celebrated her rarely seen husband with a sweet tribute.
The 25-year-old professional dancer became part of the BBC show’s line-up this year, joining alongside fellow newcomer Julian Caillon.
The American performer gained recognition for her triumph on US dance competition So You Think You Can Dance in 2022, where she earned the title of “America’s Favourite Dancer” and made history as the first Ballroom and Latin dancer to claim victory.
Alexis has previously featured as a guest professional dancer and troupe member on the American equivalent of Strictly, Dancing With The Stars, and has taken part in the programme’s US tour over the past three years.
Ahead of tonight’s (November 1) Halloween special, Alexis turned to Instagram to reveal an exciting personal milestone, reports Wales Online.

The dancer celebrated her husband Jake Burton’s success in passing his dental school examinations.
Accompanied by photos of the pair posing in front of iconic London landmarks, including Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London and Big Ben, Alexis wrote: “Proud wifey posttt.
“My man passed his dental school boards!! Couldn’t be more grateful for his heart, his drive, and the way he supports and loves me through it all.”
Supporters quickly flocked to the comments to express their congratulations, with one fan commenting: “This is so lovely.”
Another wrote: “Congratulations Jake on your results, fantastic achievement,” whilst a third enthused: “Congratulations to your hubby!!!”

A fourth fan chimed in with: “Congratulations on your pass. Best wishes to you both,” while another echoed the sentiment, saying: “That’s amazing news.”
Alexis and her high school sweetheart, Jake, got married back in 2018. Just a few weeks ago, Alexis shared a heartfelt message for her husband on his birthday.
“Happy Birthday to my best friend and forever love. From high school sweethearts to nearly 7 years of marriage, life with you is my greatest gift,” she posted on social media.
Alexis is notably paired with YouTuber George Clarke on this year’s series of Strictly. The duo have consistently wowed the judges and audience with their dazzling performances.
Tonight, they’re set to perform a spine-chilling Cha Cha Cha to Charli XCX’s Brat anthem Apple.
